Girls:
Pre-season conditioning will be as follows:
Monday and Wednesdays:
6:00 - 6:30 a.m. Weight Room
6:40 - 8:00 a.m. Soccer Technical Drills (On field)
Tuesdays and Thursdays:
6:30 - 7:30 a.m. Conditioning.
Please bring a ball, water and cleats to all soccer sessions. Only running shoes and water are needed for conditioning.
Pre-season conditioning will run through July 29th. Thanks.
